MISSION STATEMENT

of the

Industrial Development Corporation of Iowa Park, Texas

The purposes for which the Corporation was organized are to promote the business interest of the City of Iowa Park, Texas by: i) rendering financial and other assistance to the manufacturing, industrial, business and trade development of the City and its vicinity; ii) to induce the location of said manufacturing, industrial, scientific, educational and business enterprises into said City of Iowa Park; iii) to purchase, subdivide, sell and/or lease real property within the City or its vicinity that can be used for the inducement or establishment of industrial or commercial trade; iv) to erect, improve and/or repair any building improvements which can positively promote the establishment of industrial or commercial trade within the City or its vicinity and v) to accumulate and lend money for all the purposes stated in the Corporation’s mission statement.
